01. กดที่ show hidden icon จะเห็นว่า มี icon โปรแกรม Protected by Trend Micro Maximum Security
02.แล้วคลิกขวาที่ icon โปรแกรม โปรแกรม Protected by Trend Micro Maximum Security แล้วคลิกที่คำสั่ง Open the Main Console
03.จะมีหน้าต่างขึ้นมาของโปรแกรม Protected by Trend Micro Maximum Security จากนั้นไปกดที่ Device
04.เมื่อเข้ามาหน้าเมนู Device แล้ว ให้คลิกที่ Configure ในหัวข้อ Security Settings
05.เข้าหน้าเมนู Security แล้ว ให้คลิกที่ Internet & Email Controls
06. จากนั้นคลิก Spam & Emailed Files ให้เอา หัวข้อนั้นออก ตามวงกลมสีแดง เลข 1 และเลข 2
07. จากนั้น คลิกที่ Apply ก็เป็นอันเสร็จเรียบร้อย
