01. กดที่ show hidden icon จะเห็นว่า มี icon โปรแกรม Protected by Trend Micro Antivirus +


02.แล้วคลิกขวาที่ icon โปรแกรม Protected by Trend Micro Antivirus + แล้วคลิกที่คำสั่ง Open the Main Console 



03.จะมีหน้าต่างขึ้นมาของโปรแกรม Protected by Trend Micro Antivirus + จากนั้นไปกดที่ Device 



04.เมื่อเข้ามาหน้าเมนู Device แล้ว ให้คลิกที่ Configure ในหัวข้อ Security Settings



05.เข้าหน้าเมนู Security แล้ว ให้คลิกที่ Internet & Email Controls 



06. จากนั้นคลิก Spam & Emailed Files ให้เอา หัวข้อนั้นออก ตามวงกลมสีแดง เลข 1 และเลข 2  



07. จากนั้น คลิกที่ Apply ก็เป็นอันเสร็จเรียบร้อย
