01. กดที่ show hidden icon จะเห็นว่า มี icon โปรแกรม Mcafee Total Protection  

02.แล้วคลิกขวาที่ icon โปรแกรม Mcafee Total Protection  แล้วคลิกที่คำสั่ง Open Mcafee Total Protection

03.จะมีหน้าต่างขึ้นมาของโปรแกรม Mcafee Total Protection  จากนั้นไปคลิกที่ Identity 

04.เมื่อเข้ามาหน้าเมนู Identity แล้ว ให้คลิกที่ Antispam 

05. เมื่อเข้าหน้า Anti  - spam แล้วคลิกที่ Turn off

06. เมื่อทำการปิดแล้ว  AntiSpam  ตรงจุดสีเขียวจะเป็นสีดำ แล้วจะขึ้นว่า off
