How to create New Profile on Microsoft Outlook 2019 – IMAP
- Go to Control Panel then choose “Mail (Microsoft Outlook)”
- In “Mail Set up” window choose “Show Profiles”
- Choose “Add” then click on “OK”
- Choose “Manual setup or additional server types” then click on “Next”
- Choose “POP or IMAP” then click on “Next”
- The POP and IMAP Account Settings window will appear then fill in all the details as follow:
Your Name: fill in your name
Email Address: fill in your email address
Account Type: type “IMAP”
Incoming mail server: type “imap.mailmaster.co.th”
Outgoing mail server: type “smtp.mailmaser.co.th”
User Name : fill in your name
Password: fill in your password
After all field is filled up, click on “More Settings”
- The Internet Email Setting window will appear, choose “Outgoing server” then click on “My Outgoing server” (as shown in the picture) then choose “Advanced”
- On the Advanced menu, fill in port number as follow:
Incoming server: 993 SSL
Outgoing server: 587 STARTTLS
Once done, click on “OK”
- Back to the POP and IMAP Account Settings then click on “Next”
- The Test Account Settings will appear to recheck that you have fill in the password correctly. If the password is correct (as shown in the picture) then click on “Close”
- Click on “Finish”
- Back to the Control Panel then choose “Mail (Microsoft Outlook)”

Click on “Show Profiles”

Choose Profile that you just created then click on “OK” "APPLY"
